IQOO Neo 9 Pro powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, priced at ₹ 35,999, competes with phones like the OnePlus 12R and the Nothing Phone (2) in the Indian market. Priced at ₹ 35,999 in India, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro features a 50MP Sony IMX 920 sensor, Adreno 740 GPU, 120Hz refresh rate and 3000 nits maximum brightness.

After months of rumors and leaks, the iQOO has now been officially launched. IQOO Neo 9 Professional smartphone in India at ₹ 35,999. Powered by the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 engine, the smartphone faces stiff competition from similarly priced devices like the recently launched OnePlus 12R and the Nothing Phone (2).

iQOO Neo 9 Pro has a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 3000 nits. It’s worth noting that certain smartphone games can have a 144Hz refresh rate.

The latest iQOO phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 chipset, which was also found in several premium phones from last year, including OnePlus 11 and the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, as well as the recently introduced OnePlus 12R. Adreno 740 GPU is also available for graphics-intensive tasks and games. The iQOO Neo 9 has up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

Regarding optics, the device’s back has a dual camera sensor made up of a 50MP Sony IMX 920 sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an 8MP ultra wide angle lens. Additionally, a 16MP front-facing camera for taking selfies and movies is featured.

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro is powered by a 5,160 mAh battery that supports 120W PD fast charging (faster included). Funtouch OS 14, which is based on Android 14, powers the smartphone. The manufacturer promises three years of OS upgrades and four years of security fixes.  

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro is priced at ₹35,999 for the 8GB RAM/128GB storage model and ₹37,999 for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variation in India. ₹39,999 gets you 256GB of storage and 12GB of RAM. On February 23, the smart phone’s 256GB storage model will be available for purchase on Amazon. On March 21, the model with 128GB of storage will go on sale.
