Former Indian Cricketer VB Chandrasekhar Commits Suicide at 57
It is sad news. Former India opener and Tamil Nadu cricketer VB Chandrasekhar who was 57 years old, commit suicide on Thursday night by hanging in his Mylapore residence. The cremation will take place on Saturday, family sources said. The administrator of the T20 team, VB Kanchi Veerans of the Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL), modeled on the Indian Premier League, he had lent approximately Rs 4 crore from a private bank and invested nearly Rs 3 crore on the team, after police said after inquiries.

In a complaint to the police, Chandrasekhar’s wife, Sowmya, had informed that he was depressed over the financial losses and the debt burden, said the commissioner.

The police are scheduling to quiz the former cricketer’s auditor as well.
After some days his 58th birthday was near to come but he left this world. The great cricketer he lived with her wife and with two daughters.
The BCCI and the cricketing community expressed shock at the sudden demise of Chandrasekhar and carried their concerns.
