On Tuesday morning, February 20, commuters encountered challenges due to the Purple Line trains running at a slower pace. Between the metro stations of Baiyappanahalli and Garudacharapalya, there was a technical issue.

Via Twitter, Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) alerted users of potential disruptions due to barriers on the Purple Line. Due to technical difficulties, trains on the Purple Line between Baiyappanahalli and Garudacharapalya are moving more slowly. It could have an impact on train schedules. Teams are attempting to find a quick solution to the problem. We apologise for any inconvenience,” BMRCL wrote in a message.
